New Patient Procedures to Protect Your Health
We are implementing some additional protocols to help all patients and team members stay safe and healthy. We are open as of May 4th for procedures, pending the governor’s recommendations.
Upon your arrival please wait in your car and call the office to check in. Once a room is available, a staff member will bring you into the office. We will also be offering to take your patient portion of payment at this time over the phone as a contactless option for our staff as well as you as the patient before you come into the office.
We ask that you leave all personal belongings in your car and unless patients are pediatric, special needs, or elderly, only one person may be in the procedure room at a time.
You will be asked several screening questions at the time of arrival as well as have your temperature taken. A staff member will administer hand sanitizer as well as a preprocedural mouth rinse before we begin any work.
We will modify our schedule and our check in and check out procedures to help with social distancing. We have enhanced our PPE to comply with the current regulations as recommended by the CDC as well as the ADA and IDA.
Being healthy and remaining healthy is our top priority! If you are feeling sick or feverish, please reschedule your visit. We want to limit the spread of all illnesses—as always!
We believe that dental offices are very safe places to be. We have practiced excellent infection control protocols over the years and will continue to modify and enhance our procedures as we continue our mission to deliver the dental care that you want, deserve, and need!
Wishing you the best of health!
